Nobody has helped elect more democrats to the United States Senate or has been responsible for as many victories in red states as Struble Eichenbaum. Recent major victories include Governor Schweitzer of Montana, Governor Mike Beebe of Arkansas, Governor Culver in Iowa, Lt. Governor Jim Folsom of Alabama and Senators Murray of Washington and Nelson of Nebraska. Struble first came to Washington to serve as Deputy National Field Director for President Jimmy Carter in 1979. Since then he has built a full service media firm that has been recognized for excellence by media outlets such as the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, and Campaigns and Elections Magazine.

David EichenbaumPartner

David Eichenbaum teamed up with Karl Struble in 1999 and, together, they have earned a reputation for winning tough races. Eichenbaum has helped elect governors such as Tim Kaine of Virginia, Joe Manchin of West Virginia, and Steve Beshear of Kentucky; Senators such as Maria Cantwell of Washington, Robert Byrd of West Virginia and Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, and House members such as Chris Murphy of Connecticut and Ed Perlmutter of Colorado. Prior to joining the firm, Eichenbaum worked on Capitol Hill, in a variety of state and national Democratic campaigns as a press secretary and campaign manager and, in 1996, as communications director for the Democratic National Committee. Eichenbaum has also worked internationally, helping to elect governments in the United Kingdom and Romania.

Delana JonesSenior Field Producer

Delana is responsible for bringing the creative vision of Struble Eichenbaum to reality. Having worked with crews across the country, she's produced the successful media ads for Governor Joe Manchin (WV), Senator's Tim Johnson (SD) and Mark Pryor (AR), Lt. Gov candidate Jody Wagner, as well as Rep. Dina Titus (NV-03), Rep. Mary Jo Kilroy (OH-15), Rep. Chris Murphy (CT-05), Rep. Jim Matheson (UT-02), and the Independent Expenditure Campaigns for the DSCC, DGA, and DCCC.

Delana began her political career knocking on doors in her home state of Arkansas for President Bill Clinton when she was only 12 years old. She brings to the team experience from some of the toughest races around the country and an understanding of what it takes to win in red states. She has worked on the winning campaigns of Governor John Lynch (NH), Mike Beebe (AR) and Bob Holden (MO). Delana moved to New Hampshire in 2002 to work for Gov. Jeanne Shaheen and stayed to serve as a Regional Director for Gov. Dean's presidential campaign. Before joining the Struble team, she was the Political Director for the New Hampshire Democratic Party. Delana graduated from Westminster College with a BA in Political Science. Previous work also includes public relations and corporate communication for Citizens Financial Group. When not in the thick of a political campaign, she enjoys cooking for her friends and spending time in the outdoors.

Megan SullivanSenior Avid Editor

Megan Sullivan graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Communications, English, and a minor in Fine Arts. Before joining the firm, Sullivan edited for DJP Productions, working on movie trailers for Miramax and The Shooting Gallery. She later moved to Santa Monica where she worked for Chainsaw, a post production company with clients including HBO, VH1, and FOX. When she's not editing political ads, Megan has collaborated on a documentary about wiffleball, called "Whiff," and worked on the series "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" for Bravo TV.

Melissa AmidonDirector of Media and Research

Melissa Amidon joined the firm after receiving her degree in Political Science from Indiana University in the spring of 2006. In her home state of Illinois she worked for Senator Richard Durbin as an assistant to the scheduler and as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. Along with her Political Science degree, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History, a minor in Religious Studies and a minor in Psychology.

Ellen Heiman

Ellen Heiman entered politics over twenty years ago as a Regional Supervisor of phone banks for the Carter-Mondale presidential campaign. She went on to supervise voter identification and fundraising for both Congressional and Senate campaigns nationwide, and headed direct-mail operations for candidates and state parties, including Minority Leader Tom Daschle (D-SD), Senator Fritz Hollings (D-SC), and the Washington State Democratic Party.
